Customers don't need more features. They need the right ones. We build with the customer in the room, and we measure success by whether their problem got smaller — not whether our roadmap got longer. Anyone can build with AI. The edge is understanding what to build.

We don't hire managers. We hire owners. Whatever you take on — a function, a customer, a region, a product — you run it like you founded it. You find the problems. You make the calls. You ship the outcomes. Titles don't matter. What you ran does.
If something is breaking and you saw it first, it's yours to fix. Waiting for permission is the wrong instinct here.
Trust is the team's product.
The best work happens between people who have each other's backs. We challenge each other hard in the room and leave as a team. We share credit fast and blame slow. We show up for each other — across time zones, across functions, across the hard weeks. The product we build is only as strong as the trust inside the team building it.

World-class products are the goal — not velocity, not volume, not noise. The craft matters. The details matter. The customer's experience matters. And so does the experience of building it — nobody ships great work while hating the process. If you're not proud of what you shipped last quarter, you built the wrong thing or you built it the wrong way.

Small thinking produces small companies. We're here to change how the world goes to market — not to ship a feature, win a quarter, or beat last year. Every roadmap debate, every hire, every trade-off gets measured against that scale. If you're optimizing for the near term when the long term is the point, stop and recalibrate.
You can explain how your work connects to the bigger mission. If you can't, the work isn't ambitious enough.

You won't see “CTO,” “VP,” or “Head of” on this page. We're a startup. Titles are a distraction.

You'll own the post-sale experience for Wyra's AWS partner base — onboarding, activation, outreach performance, renewal. You'll work directly with partners on their campaigns, interpret their data, and be the reason their pipeline compounds.
AI Customer Success Lead, EMEA
Remote · Germany / UK / Netherlands
The EMEA counterpart to the AWS CS role. You'll partner closely with our EMEA market lead and own customer experience across every Wyra partner from Dublin to Dubai.
Onboarding & Implementation Lead

You'll own the first 14 days of every customer's life with Wyra — from kickoff to first campaign live. This is the role that determines whether a customer ever gets to value. Technical enough to configure infrastructure, commercial enough to run a kickoff call.
Account Executive, AWS Partner Accounts (North America)
Remote · US
You'll own net-new pipeline for the AWS partner segment in North America. Working alongside our global partnerships and demos team. You'll run the full cycle — prospect, demo, close — on a product that already has traction across the AWS partner network.
Account Executive, SaaS & System Integrators (EMEA)
Remote · Germany / UK
Own the EMEA sales motion for SaaS companies and system integrators. Partner with our EMEA market lead on regional strategy. You'll carry the SaaS and multi-cloud agent lines into a region where those categories are expanding fastest.
Account Executive, APAC (ANZ + Singapore)
Remote · Australia / NZ / Singapore
You'll own the APAC sales motion and partner with our APAC market lead on Singapore as our first Regional Equity Partner market. Fast-growing cloud ecosystem, fast-growing partner base, and a very short list of competitors who've figured out this region.
