Referrals that keep themselves current — CRM to Partner Center and back.
A referral shared with Microsoft shouldn't be a copy that ages — it should be the same deal, seen from two sides. Wyra creates the pipeline, and the referrals your team chooses to share move between your CRM and the Referrals workspace on their own: stage changes in either system, and Microsoft-originated referrals landing where your sellers already are.
From first conversation to the Referrals workspace
Lex builds the pipeline worth referring
Microsoft-ecosystem signals — an Azure migration underway, a designation earned, a Marketplace motion taking shape — become a target list, and every prospect on it is qualified in writing, or disqualified with the reason written out, before outreach begins.
Deals take shape in your CRM
Conversations run with your team's judgment on every reply, and the deals that come out of them live in HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or Monday — the system of record your sellers already open.
Your CRM syncs two-way with Partner Center
Share referrals with Microsoft straight from the CRM, built on the Partner Center Referrals API. Stage changes flow both directions on Microsoft's MCEM-mapped sales stages — and Microsoft-originated referrals arrive back in your pipeline.
verified_userYou control what's shared. Wyra never shares a referral with Microsoft without your team's say-so.
What moves in the sync
The sync carries what Microsoft makes available through the Referrals API — no more, no less. Two things Microsoft documents as unavailable via API stay honestly out of scope: the Referral Confidence Score, and MACC eligibility and customer matching.
Into Partner Center
- Referrals — The opportunities your team chooses to share, created in the Referrals workspace
- Their evidence — Deals arrive from a CRM record that carries written insights and a why-now
- Stage changes — Progress on Microsoft's MCEM-mapped sales stages — Created/Accepted 10% through Won 100%
Back from Partner Center
- Referral status — Acceptance and progress from the Microsoft side, on the same record
- Stage changes — Movement made in Partner Center appears in your CRM without re-keying
- Microsoft-originated referrals — Inbound referrals arrive where your sellers work — not in a portal someone checks weekly
The Referral Confidence Score is set by what you share, not read back after — Microsoft doesn't expose it in the API. The way to move it is upstream: complete referrals with real qualification behind them, which is the record Wyra writes before the first message ever sends.
Why this matters now
Microsoft retired the Qualified Referral Program at the end of March 2026 — CRM integrations built against it must move to the Partner Center Referrals APIs. At the same time, Partner Center now checks every inbound co-sell referral for completeness and quality at submission and scores referral confidence, and in FY27 Marketplace becomes the primary path for co-sell at scale. Thin or re-keyed referrals cost more than they ever did — and steady, well-qualified pipeline is worth more. That's the pipeline Wyra is built to produce, and the integration that carries it in.
Partner Center integration: common questions
What is a Microsoft Partner Center integration?
Partner Center is where Microsoft partners manage their co-sell relationship — sharing referrals, receiving Microsoft-originated ones, and progressing deals through the Referrals workspace. Without an integration, that portal and your CRM drift apart, one re-keyed field at a time. Wyra's integration is two-way, built on the Partner Center Referrals API: referrals your team chooses to share flow from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or Monday into Partner Center, and stage changes and Microsoft-originated referrals flow back.
Why does the Referrals API matter now?
Because Microsoft retired the Qualified Referral Program at the end of March 2026, and CRM integrations built against QRP have to move to the Partner Center Referrals APIs. Shared referrals now arrive as SMB opportunities in the Leads tab. Wyra's integration is built on the Referrals API — the path Microsoft is standardising on — not the retired one.
Does Wyra decide what gets shared with Microsoft?
No. Your team decides which referrals to share and when. Wyra's job is making sure what you share is worth sharing — Partner Center now checks every inbound co-sell referral for completeness and quality at submission, and applies a Referral Confidence Score. Complete, well-qualified referrals are what earn Microsoft seller engagement, and sellers have 14 days to act before an inbound opportunity expires.
Does the Referral Confidence Score come back into my CRM?
No — and no tool can honestly claim it does. Microsoft does not expose the Referral Confidence Score in the Referrals API. What the sync carries back is what Microsoft makes available: referral status, stage changes on Microsoft's sales stages, and Microsoft-originated referrals. The score itself is influenced upstream, by the completeness and quality of what you share — which is exactly what Wyra's written qualification is for.
What are Microsoft's sales stages?
Referrals progress on stages mapped to MCEM, Microsoft's customer engagement methodology: Created/Accepted at 10%, Qualified at 20%, Developed at 40%, Proposed at 60%, Negotiated at 80%, and Won at 100%. Wyra's CRM keeps deals on these stages for the Microsoft ecosystem, so what your sellers see and what Microsoft sellers see stay in step.
Are there things the API can't do?
Yes, and Microsoft documents them: MACC eligibility and customer matching features aren't available through API integration, and the Referral Confidence Score isn't exposed. Wyra works within those documented limits rather than claiming around them.
What do I need to use the integration?
A Partner Center account with the Referrals workspace, and a supported CRM connected to Wyra — HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or Monday. Wyra takes it from there; neither system waits on the other, and nobody types the same deal twice.
Pipeline in the CRM. Referrals in Partner Center. Nothing re-keyed.
