One record, two systems — your CRM and Partner Advantage.
Google's competency framework counts what you contributed to a win — which makes the paper trail part of the deal. Wyra creates the pipeline and writes the qualification; the opportunities your team shares carry both into Partner Advantage, and status changes come back onto the same CRM record your sellers work from.
From workload signal to shared opportunity
Wyra sources and qualifies the pipeline
Leo watches the signals that precede a Google Cloud deal — a data platform build, AI workloads scaling, a migration taking shape — and turns them into prospects that are qualified in writing, or disqualified with the reason written out, before the first message.
Opportunities take shape where your sellers work
Your team runs every conversation with the written qualification in front of them, and the deals that emerge live in your CRM — the system of record — not in a tab nobody owns.
Your CRM syncs two-way with Partner Advantage
Share opportunities with Google straight from the CRM. Status changes flow both directions, and the written qualification travels with the deal — the documented contribution Google's competency framework counts.
verified_userYou control what's shared. Wyra never shares an opportunity with Google without your team's say-so.
Google measures contribution, not claims
Under Google Cloud Partner Network — formerly Partner Advantage — competencies replace specializations, and they're earned on two dimensions. One of them is built directly out of the pipeline you bring.
Capacity
Certifications and sales credentials — the dimension you build by training people. Necessary, and not sufficient.
Capability
Pre-sales and post-sales contributions to validated closed/won opportunities — the dimension built out of deals you sourced, worked, and can document. This is where sourced, well-qualified pipeline becomes partner status.
Two things Google doesn't publish, stated plainly: a referral quality score (Google does not publicly document one) and a co-sell stage ladder (deals keep Wyra's own qualification stages). Where AWS and Microsoft grade what partners share, Google counts what partners contributed to the win — three vocabularies, one direction.
Why this matters now
The Partner Network transition is live — new tiers, new competency framework, a six-month migration window from Q1 2026. Partners re-earn their standing under rules that count documented contribution to closed/won work. Pipeline you sourced, qualified in writing, and can point to is the raw material — and a deal that lives in your CRM with its evidence attached, synced to Partner Advantage, is a contribution that counts itself.
Partner Advantage integration: common questions
What is a Google Cloud Partner Advantage integration?
It connects the portal where Google Cloud partners manage their partnership to the system your sellers actually work in: your CRM. Wyra's integration is two-way — opportunities your team chooses to share flow from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or Monday into Partner Advantage, and status changes flow back onto the same record. Nothing is re-keyed.
Does Wyra decide what gets shared with Google?
No. Your team decides which opportunities to share and when. Wyra's job is making sure what you share is worth sharing — qualified in writing, with a why-now and the evidence behind it — because under Google's competency framework, capability is measured by contribution to validated closed/won work.
What stages do Google Cloud deals use in Wyra's CRM?
Google does not publish a co-sell stage ladder the way AWS documents ACE stages or Microsoft documents its MCEM-mapped sales stages. So Google Cloud deals keep Wyra's own qualification stages, and the sync carries the opportunity and its status rather than mapping to a stage vocabulary Google hasn't published.
Does Google score referral quality like AWS and Microsoft do?
Google does not publicly document a referral quality or scoring mechanism. What Google does measure — and rebuilt its competency framework around — is pre-sales and post-sales contribution to validated closed/won opportunities. Documented, well-qualified pipeline is how that contribution gets counted, which is exactly the record Wyra produces.
What changed in the Google Cloud partner program?
Google renamed the program to Google Cloud Partner Network, launching the new program and portal in Q1 2026 with a six-month transition. Tiers now run Select, Premier, and Diamond, and a competency framework replaces specializations — measured on capacity (certifications and sales credentials) and capability (contributions to validated closed/won opportunities). Independent of tiering, and a real change in what partner status is built from.
What do I need to use the integration?
A Google Cloud partner account with Partner Advantage access, and a supported CRM connected to Wyra — HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or Monday. Wyra handles the rest; the two systems stay current without anyone minding the gap.
